- Set the date range to the last 30 days.
- Click Download (.csv).
- In Seller Central, go to Inventory › Inventory Reports.
- Under Request an Inventory Report, select All Listings Report and click Request.
- Give it a minute, then click Download next to the new report.
If the menu looks different, search "Inventory Reports" in the Seller Central search bar.
- Open the Amazon Ads console and go to Measurement & Reporting › Sponsored ads reports.
- Click Create report, choose Sponsored Products and report type Search term.
- Set the last 30 days, run the report and download it once it is ready.
Amazon is moving ad reports to its new Reporting section. If you see that instead, create a Sponsored Products search term report there. Not running ads? Skip this one.

Sales and conversion
Which products get traffic but do not sell, where revenue is too concentrated, and whether you are losing the Buy Box.
Listings and SEO
Broken or incomplete listings, weak titles, missing or copy-pasted descriptions and stock issues hurting your ranking.
Advertising
Spend that never turns into orders, search terms that already sell but are not targeted, and how hard you lean on ads.
